ScreenAble Solutions offers licensing, installation and maintenance support for the ScreenAble system. Professional Consulting Services on a wide variety of Discovery Screening challenges are available at hourly rates.

Licensing

Client / Server Licenses are supplied to our Customers as a part of our professional installation. The Server License allows for operation of a single production ScreenAble Database for their business needs. ScreenAble Client software is compiled specific to each Customer and may be used on an unlimited number of client computers, including collaborators. Multiple ScreenAble Database instances per Customer are possible with separate installation and support fees. The various instances share the client software. Professional Installation

Installation Contracts are priced at an hourly rate with a minimum of eighty hours being required. If an installation requires less time, the remaining hours can be used for any service we provide within the first year. If more time is needed, ScreenAble Solutions can provide an estimate of the total hours required. Professional Services during installation include migration of existing data, instrument data filters, compound registry and inventory customization to lab workflow and expert consultation for adapting your Discovery Screening methodology to ScreenAble's technologies.

Customer Support

Software Maintenance and Customer Support for ScreenAble is available on a annual basis with the first year included with an installation contract. This support provides any bug fixes and generally distributed upgrades of the software. Application support is provided via unlimited phone and email access for specified contacts during regular business hours (9-5 M-F Eastern US time). Training for individuals or groups via web-based conferencing is supported.
