While the assay calculators provide support for operational quality control and data review for screening runs, appreciation of screen performance at higher levels and the productive use of chemo-informatics with results data requires a different set of tools.

SearchAble provides query capabilities based on Screen, Run or Substance identifiers to rapidly deliver classed Answers for data mining purposes. Result data may be easily subset or de-normalized for further analysis or export. Generating publication quality reports using structures, potency plots and text plots are key features of this system.

The utility of SearchAble for appreciating the effects of chemical diversity on Screen results depends on what chemo-informatic data is available. Customers are strongly encouraged to load Chemical descriptors (whether calculated or measured) to database tables designed for this purpose. These descriptors can provide deep insights into the mechanisms of active substances and suggest promising routes for further testing aka QSAR. Numerous statistical methods such as principal components, correlation analysis and K-means clustering are available i ScreenAble.

Administrators of the system have full control over which Projects are visible to User queries via Client / Role membership assignments. This allows Customers to safely share results with their collaborators without creating separate warehouses for publishing results.
