In the production environments typical of Screening laboratories, the ability to perform certain tasks is strictly controlled to ensure integrity of the data. ScreenAble provides many tools which affect the global environment of the application and enforcement of business rules for authority and security.

Administrative tasks in ScreenAble can only be performed by Users granted the built-in ADMIN role in the Master Client account. This role has full system privileges and can use any tool or stored procedure. Most sites will need only a few System Administrators.

Ordinary Users will not have these Menu options visible or otherwise available to them. However, all Users should be aware of the many tools available for configuring the ScreenAble system.
